Multiple Maintenance Windows
I would like to be able to set two maintenace windows every day.
Thanks for this suggestion. SQL Monitor 10 now allows teams to suppress alerts, or just their notifications, over certain periods using alert suppression windows. Multiple windows can be set-up. Please see What’s New in SQL Monitor 10 for more details (https://www.red-gate.com/hub/product-learning/sql-monitor/whats-new-in-sql-monitor-10).
We hope this meets requirements and will mark it as completed. Please raise further suggestions for any improvements you would like to see.
Thanks,
SQL Monitor product team

As others have said, I too want the ability to customize how many maintenance windows I can schedule a day

Agree, an option for multiple or recurring (but not weekly) windows - for example - to set maintenance window "every third Saturday of the month" would be great.

Yes, I would like the flexibility to set multiple maintenance windows on a per server basis and be able to individually assign maintenance window(s) per cluster node, thank you

Would love to have the feature of having multiple maintenance windows. Some of our servers are scaled down at the weekend so would fill our slack channel with Server Unavailable alerts. I already use a scheduled maintenance window and would love to incorporate more to stop unnecessary alerts.

I would like to set maintenance window for a single node in windows cluster rather than putting the whole cluster into maintenance mode.
The whole purpose of having cluster is to provide high availability solution meaning at any given point 1 node is available to service application requests. Your current setting of maintenance mode puts the whole cluster and there is no way to put only 1 node in maintenance mode. -

We would also like to be able to set multiple maintenance windows with regards to our test servers being offline every evening and the entire weekend. It would be nice to guarantee that our engineers do not get alerts during standby.

Adding my input for this, having multiple maintenance windows in my opinion is a very important feature for patching weekends and any out of band maintenance that needs to be done.

I would like to be able to set multiple maintenance windows. We have a process that automatically runs as well as planned maintenance that we would like to add.

Not just 2 maintenance windows per day but essentially be able to customize for any day and at any time and be able to add more than just 1 schedule.

We could use an additional monthly window, due to long running index reorgs raising long running query alerts

I also would like this to be able to drill down to individual alerts. i.e. when loading dwh at night, I don't want to know about long running queries, but I do still want to monitor everything else on the server during this time. This happens nightly and increases the amount of emails I get alerting

Thanks Luis for your feedback.

SQL Monitor currently allows only one time setting for the maintenance window that can be applied to the chosen days of the week.
I would like to set day by day i.e. Monday from 11pm to 4am etc. -
Thanks for your suggestion.

Priya
