upgrade without reentering credentials
When you run an upgrade, there should be an option that just uses the current service credentials (i.e. leaves everything as is) instead of having to re-enter them.

still need service account creds in (at least) some situations (ie - using the command line)

I think this is fixed already?

On a related note. Please upgrade the base monitor install without uninstalling it first. The current behavior makes it necessary to reboot before completing the upgrade/patching.

Now that that a separate web server install requires domain credentials in order to connect to the base monitor's database, this is really needed.
To make matters worse, an upgrade to the web host just reinstalls replacing domain credentials with local account and it doesn't even prompt for domain credentials in the web host upgrade process. Must be done post upgrade each and every time.
Also, please stop wiping out the base monitor configuration with the upgrade. It should leave that alone, especially since multiple base monitor installs are now available.
