Add mirroring monitoring
I may be wrong but I can't see that you have the capability for mirroring monitoring in the tool. This would make a more persuasive case for replacing Idera if this tool was included.

As you may be aware that SQL Monitor now has custom metric and alerts feature. I was just wondering if you have tried writing queries for mirroring.

Thanks Rob and Kevan. You would be glad to know that we are currently working on custom alert feature for SQL Monitor V3. Some of these alerts then could be very easily done via custom alerts feature.

Definitely would like to add mirroring to this - not only stop erroneously alerting when mirror is in restore state, but also add extra to say if a mirror state is SUSPENDED, DISCONNECTED, or has been in SYNCHRONIZING or PENDING_FAILOVER for too long
