export selected alerts
it would be nice if we could export selected alerts (for instance full deadlocks related information) to forward to our "partner" so they can analyse the problem.
Thanks for this suggestion. SQL Monitor 10 now makes it easier to create and share reports of recent types and severities of alert. Please see What’s New in SQL Monitor 10 for more details (https://www.red-gate.com/hub/product-learning/sql-monitor/whats-new-in-sql-monitor-10).
Thanks,

Hi Claudio,
Thanks for the suggestion. I have a few questions about how you would expect the export to behave - any further feedback would be useful.
- What format(s) would you expect to be able to export the alert?
- What details would you expect the export to contain? Just the contents of the Details tab - I.e. session ID of the deadlocked and victim process, lock details and query fragments? Or would you expect charts, or the information about dealing with Deadlocks too?
- Would that be the same for all alert types?
- Would providing a link to the alert occurrence in SQL Monitor be useful?
Thanks
Adam
