   Currently, issues with the cluster can make every instance on a server show as down when the cluster has an issue due to the secondary server, even though the server is running fine! We were configuring a new secondary server, with SQL Server not even installed yet. Simply adding that server to the cluster caused all instances to show problems, even though the primary instance was running fine.
