    Hi brendo, how would you expect the tickerbox to behave if there is a large volume of alerts incoming? Would you expect to always see the x most recent ones, or would you like to be sure that all alerts show up in this tickerbox over time?

    Sorry for the late response.

    Would like to see all uncleared alerts.
    To save space, the alerts could the grouped, i.e. deadlock, occurences 9, last time 12:43.

    For SQL Server perf counters, you can create a Custom Metric against sys.dm_os_performance_counters. For Machine perf counters, you have to use CLI at the moment

    It seems that this is not possible with the custom metric solution.
