In "Top queries" and "Top waits" i need to see or be able to configure "Wait time", "Login name" and "Program Name" as additional columns in the queries grid.

For Instance in Top waits, if selecting a wait like "SOS SCHEDULER YIELD" I want/need to see how much each query suffers on this wait, and of course order by wait time, too.
Further it's always interesting to see at a glance which applications or logins are affected from this particular wait
