Webhook notification for HIGH only or High/Medium only

Just like you can do with email notifications, would like the ability to send WebHook notifications for only HIGH, or ONLY HIGH and MEDIUM alerts.

    This would bring it into line with e-mail, + we would get inundated with "Noise" in service now
