Allow configuration of a custom metric to only run on the primary node of an availability group.

Any updates on this? This would be extremely helpful for our organization to cut down on noise from extra alerts on secondary nodes. It would also allow our custom metrics data to not become disjointed when the primary node of the availability group changes.
