I'd like to request an enhancement to Redgate Monitor's blocking alerts.

Currently, alerts are triggered when the total blocking time across all blocked sessions exceeds a threshold. For example, if three separate blocking events last 20, 25, and 30 seconds, an alert may fire because the combined blocking time exceeds 60 seconds.

Instead, I would like the option to alert on a lead blocker that has been continuously blocking other sessions for a specified duration. For example, if a single session blocks others for more than 60 seconds, the alert would trigger.

This would reduce noise from multiple short-lived blocking events and focus attention on the long-running blockers that typically require investigation.
