Have choice to send email as plain text
When I have it send email to my text service it's HTML, which obviously makes the text msg very large. Allow choice to send alerts via plain text.

Atlassian is not going to support HTML descriptions for alerts in their new iteration of OpsGenie: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-14402
Leaving the description a mess of html tags.
