Customize the Alert page Columns
Due to the lack of any useful actual time-zone date-time presentation in the UI (I still have issues because of the SEVEN I have to deal with), kindly allow us to add columns to the Alerts page.
Specifically, I MUST HAVE the Group designation. This is the way I group by time-zone. When looking down the All Servers list, because there are always alerts across all the zones, having the "time-zone" right before the "Object" makes handling the busy list much easier than having to wait for each node's page to render, especially as the Alert Page performance has been hampered by 15- to 30-second response times.

Although not appropriate to all Alert Types, enable us to add the DURATION column for LRQ and BLOCKED PROCESS types. If we save a filter that uses one or other of these types, AUTOMATICALLY display the duration.
Why? Because slight overruns are often insignificant; long overruns are those that require further analysis. Having to SLOWLY, LABORIOUSLY, hover over each Last Updated column, especially with a 3-day weekend just past, and I have 106 of the alerts to plough through, is a royal pain that can so easily be obviated with a little flexibility in the UI.
Add the SORT capability and I have my "menu for the morning" in descending overrun duration - so easy for us users.
Please consider.

Another column I would like to see (and would be able to add if we could choose columns) is Alert ID - often that's what I use with some clients to add context to an issue that's being discussed and they can easily construct a url to see the the alert
*servername*:8080/Alerts/Details/*AlertID*
but if I'm looking down a list of similar alerts on the Alert Inbox, I sometimes just want to find the alert I'm looking for and I'll know the AlertID
